Shape the future of shelter animals as the Enrichment & Behaviour Coordinator at CHS. This role involves individualized behavioral support aimed at reducing shelter stays and enhancing adoptability.
You will focus on collaborative efforts to assess psychological welfare and implement scientifically-supported enrichment strategies. By training staff, volunteers, and foster caregivers, you ensure that shelter animals receive the proper behavioral support they need for a smoother transition to their new homes.
