Job Description
The Enterprise Applications Specialist is responsible for the administration, integration, and continuous improvement of core business systems, including CRM platforms, customer support tools, and data/reporting environments. This role supports cross-functional teams by ensuring systems are reliable, scalable, and aligned with business processes.
What You’ll Do
- Administer and support key platforms including Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot, NetSuite, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Mailchimp, and Ironclad
- Manage system configurations, user access, permissions, and ongoing maintenance
- Perform updates to Salesforce including pricing structures, product configurations, and license entitlements
System Integrations & Automation
- Maintain and enhance integrations between enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce with HubSpot)
