EnviroCentre is on the lookout for four dedicated individuals to serve on its volunteer Board of Directors. This role includes high-impact governance responsibilities aimed at advancing initiatives in Home Energy Efficiency, Sustainable Transportation, Waste Management, and Green Infrastructure. Your contributions will shape Environmental policies and community-focused programs while working collaboratively with fellow dedicated members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee board governance and provide strategic direction
• Review and approve governance documents and contracts
• Attend and actively participate in quarterly board meetings
• Conduct risk analyses and performance evaluations
• Participate in community events and relevant training
