Join Maple Lodge Farms as an Environmental Health and Safety Administrator, focusing on regulatory compliance, data management, and safety initiatives in an agile food processing setting. This role reports to the Environmental, Health, Safety & Security Manager. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support for the Environmental Health and Safety Department, managing key performance indicators and assisting with safety programs. You will help maintain compliance with health regulations, facilitate orientation for current hires, and support accident investigations to promote a safe workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain Contractor Management System documentation and data
- Track Total Recordable Injury Rate and safety KPIs
- Assist in employee orientation and safety training programs
- Contribute to accident investigation reporting
- Manage electronic records and safety documentation
