Job Description
The Environmental Manager (EM) is responsible for the environmental functions at the Amazon sites MTY1, MTY2, MTY3, and MTY9 in Apodaca, Ciénega de Flores and Escobedo, Nuevo León. The EM develops internal systems, standards and policies to comply with environmental regulatory requirements and provides guidance and training for operations, facilities, transportation, and maintenance teams.
The EM proactively implements mechanisms to continuously improve environmental performance; establishes systems, monitors progress and guides multi-functional teams in the implementation of Amazon’s environmental and sustainability standards. The EM will work with internal and external partners that include government entities, contractors, consultants, construction, operations and other key stakeholders.
