Job Title: Bilingual Jr. Project Manager– ERP Implementation
Duration: 12 months
Working Arrangements: Hybrid 3-4 days in office
Location: Toronto, ON or Montreal, QU
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and lead the full-cycle ERP implementation, in coordination with external vendors, IT, and Finance teams.Manage the design and standardization of the Chart of Accounts (COA), balancing standard practices and required customizations.Serve as system superuser for NetSuite, providing expertise, troubleshooting, and ongoing support after go-live.Design and deliver training for end users, including creation of SOPs, user manuals, and English-language training materials.Regularly interface with end users and project team, fostering communication and addressing project roadblocks.Project manage timelines, deliverables, and communications to ensure on-time delivery.Collaborate wi...
