Job Description
You will be the person who builds and runs the systems that make our clients' outbound work, setting up infrastructure, connecting tools, diagnosing problems, and optimizing performance across multiple accounts simultaneously.
What you'll own
- Set up and manage sending domains, inboxes, and warmup across multiple client accounts
- Configure and optimize campaigns in Smartlead or Instantly at a technical level
- Troubleshoot deliverability issues: DNS records, inbox placement, domain health
- Build Clay workflows to source, enrich, and qualify leads at scale
- Set up custom scraping pipelines from Google Maps, LinkedIn, Clutch, G2, job boards, and other sources
- Connect data sources via API to automate enrichment flows
- Build n8n workflows to automate repetitive processes across the stack
- Integrate tools via API (Clay, Apify, RapidAPI, AI ARK, and others)
