Job Description
Mondelēz International is seeking a manufacturing line leader to ensure safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and morale targets are achieved on the assigned lines. You will translate section targets into line and unit goals and guide a team toward sustained performance.
The role includes developing budgets, controlling costs, ensuring governance and compliance, eliminating losses, and coordinating workforce planning including recruitment, retention and succession planning.
