About the Role
Receives bids from Branch/Sales staff and reviews them to determine what materials and equipment will be needed.Submits to the branch a Bill of Materials outlining what is needed for the bid.Provides sales support and customer service to customers who come into the location and via the telephone. Discusses product requirements and expectations with customers and recommends specific products and solutions.Recommends alternate products based on the customer's budget/cost, availability, or specifications. Presents projected pricing and terms in accordance with ICONIX policies and procedures and the customer’s profile. Provides estimates/quotations in support of sales. Proactively provides product information and recommends items needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction, improve profitability, and generate leads.
