Position Summary
Reporting to the Director of Estimating and collaborating closely with the Project Management Team, the Estimator / Project Manager is responsible for both the successful pursuit and delivery of construction projects.
This role combines estimating expertise with hands‑on project management leadership. The successful candidate will prepare competitive and accurate estimates, manage client relationships, oversee project execution, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, on budget, and to specification.
