Sanford Health is seeking an in-home caregiver to support clients in the community during evening shifts. The role includes assisting with personal care, medication administration, mobility support, and companionship to individuals who have difficulty with daily activities.
The caregiver will plan and follow daily care schedules, adapt plans as prescribed by medical professionals, and maintain a safe, clean living environment while providing emotional support and reporting changes to the care
