Event Captain
Reports to: Event Manager / Event Coordinator.
Role: Assistant to Event Manager and Event Coordinator, third in command, responsible for creating memorable experiences with attentive service, product knowledge, fun and passion. Acts as shift leader with clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Maintain standards and coach staff in a positive manner.
- Provide support for Event Manager in case of illness or vacation.
- Follow booking and sales procedures.
