Elevate event coordination at the University of Toronto as the Events Manager. Collaborate with faculty and external clients to deliver impactful events across campus.
As Events Manager, you will work closely with the Associate Director, overseeing event logistics and coordinating various engagements at the Henry N.R. Jackman Faculty of Law. Your expertise in full-cycle event planning and vendor collaboration will ensure successful execution of diverse events that engage students and alumni. You will also drive operational improvements within event services.
Key Responsibilities: • Act as primary contact for venue-related inquiries • Coordinate scheduling, booking, and event logistics • Conceptualize and execute successful event activities • Promote venue services to internal and external clients • Provide operational guidance to support staff
