Responsibilities
- Strategic Executive Leadership: Collaboratively, as part of the ELT, develops short- and long-term strategic direction of the corporation; establishes goals to achieve strategies and integrates them into division and organizational plans; ensures programs and policies align with corporate strategies, Board directives, and government policy.
- Governance and Risk: Demonstrates understanding of Crown governance, regulatory requirements, and shareholder expectations; participates in risk management and internal controls to support reliable financial reporting and compliance, and communicates the importance of internal controls to staff.
