The Maintenance Administrative Assistant Intern will support the administrative activities of the Machine Maintenance and Central Maintenance departments. This role involves handling documentation, supporting audit preparation, controlling corrective work order data, assisting with visitor and contractor releases, and providing general administrative support using SharePoint and Office tools.
Responsibilities
- Support administrative activities related to the Machine Maintenance and Central Maintenance departments
- Organize and maintain documentation and evidence required for audits
- Receive, control, and input data related to corrective work orders
- Assist with visitor and contractor authorization and release processes
