Responsibilities
- Preparing the room and materials for exam sessions before students arrive.
- Greeting candidates with a smile, guiding them through the steps to follow, and clearly explaining instructions.
- Distributing and collecting all student documents.
- Remaining on the lookout for problems encountered by students and reporting them to the contact person.
- Completing proctoring reports in which any infraction (plagiarism, falsification) committed during exams must be reported to the designated person.
- Disinfecting the space and equipment used for the health and safety of all.
- Performing any other related tasks as necessary.
