Overview
To provide strategic actuarial leadership in identifying, evaluating, developing and commercialising growth opportunities across RMA's insurance, healthcare, asset management and adjacent market ecosystems. The role is accountable for leveraging actuarial, commercial and strategic expertise to support the expansion of existing markets, identify new revenue streams, develop innovative business opportunities, assess strategic partnerships, and enhance shareholder value through sustainable growth initiatives. Acting as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, the Executive Actuary: Business Development & Strategic Growth combines analytical rigour with commercial acumen to drive strategic decision-making, influence enterprise growth strategies, and support RMA's long-term ambitions within both traditional and emerging markets.
