Job Description
Reporting to the Senior Managing Director (SMD), the Executive Assistant (EA) provides comprehensive support to the executive and Global Funds team. This includes managing day‑to‑day operations, supporting complex initiatives, and acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. The EA will work with a high degree of independence, discretion, and professionalism, and will represent the SMD and team in various interactions across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, coordinating high volumes of meetings across time zones.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and administrative teams to ensure seamless coordination.
- Partner with the Senior Executive Assistant and EA team to support planning, scheduling, and team priorities.
