ABOUT THE ROLE
Amazon is seeking an experienced and highly strategic Executive Assistant to support a senior leader (VP, L10) within Retail Business Services (RBS) and serve as the Lead EA for the broader administrative team across the org. This role goes beyond traditional executive support — it is a demanding, high-stakes strategic leadership position. The EA operates as a force multiplier for the leader: thinking like the executive, not just executing tasks on their behalf. It requires exceptional organizational acumen, the ability to influence without authority, and a commitment to driving operational excellence across a matrixed, global organization.
This role operates across multiple global time zones — including India, the US, and Europe — and requires high availability to respond to time-sensitive situations as they arise. While the role demands flexibility and responsiveness, it also offers meaningful autonomy in how and when work gets done outside of core commitments....
