Job Description
Responsibilities
- Central point of contact for CEO, employees, fractional staff, and clients
- Meticulously manages CEO's daily schedule, appointments, and calendar updates.
- Maintains strict confidentiality and handles sensitive information with discretion.
- Assists in project planning, coordination, and implementation for expansion projects.
- Conducts research and provides analysis for decision‑making.
- Coordinates meetings, prepares agendas, and documents meeting minutes.
- Generates and files weekly statistics reports, facilitates all‑staff meetings, and assists in HR functions.
- Updates policies, prepares out of office messages, and stays current with policy updates.
- Creates and updates job descriptions, ensuring alignment with the organization's structure.
