Job Description
Lead the Cochrane Temiskaming Resource Centre as the Executive Director, driving strategic and operational objectives across Temiskaming and Cochrane Districts. This role involves oversight, management, and collaboration with the Board of Governors.
The Executive Director is responsible for directing the Centre’s operations, ensuring effective communication throughout, and implementing training programs that meet the diverse needs of community members. This role requires strategic planning, human resource management, and ongoing engagement with governmental and community partners.
