Job Summary
• The position provides vision and strategic direction for the growth of the Society and ensures effective delivery of its nature and environmental conservation programmes
Qualification Required & Experience
• A higher Degree (PhD or Master’s) in a relevant field
• Relevant professional experience with at least 5 years in a senior management position and familiarity with NGO operations
• Proven good leadership skills, demonstrated experience in resource mobilization for projects, familiarity with donor agencies and managing multiple donor-funded projects
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Passion for and commitment to nature conservation
