Bakers Delight Currimundi Marketplace is seeking a skilled and reliable Baker to join our friendly bakery team. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about producing fresh, high-quality baked goods in a busy retail bakery environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and bake a variety of bread, rolls, sweet products and other bakery items Measure, mix, mould, prove and bake dough according to recipes and bakery standards Operate baking equipment, ovens and other bakery machinery safely Maintain consistency in product quality, presentation and freshness Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety procedures Assist with stock rotation, ingredient preparation and general bakery cleaning Work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Requirements Relevant baking experience or qualification preferred Strong knowledge of bread production and baking techniques Ability to work early mornings, weekends and public holidays as required Reliable, hardwork...
