The successful applicant will be responsible for preparing and baking a wide range of fresh bread and bakery products while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene and production efficiency. Weigh and combine flour, yeast, water and other ingredients according to recipes Mix, knead, mature, cut, mould and shape dough for bread and bakery products Produce breads, rolls, buns, artisan loaves and specialty bakery items Operate commercial mixers, dividers, moulders, provers and ovens Monitor fermentation, proving, dough temperature and product consistency Set and adjust oven temperatures, baking times and production equipment Inspect ingredients and finished products to ensure quality standards are met Follow daily production sheets and complete products within required timeframes Maintain...
