We're seeking an Experienced Hotel Manager to oversee operations in Hope, BC. This full-time, permanent role is dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
As a Hotel Manager with 2 to 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our hotel operations. Your leadership will directly impact guest satisfaction and staff performance. This role requires your presence on-site to ensure our high standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily operations and staff management
• Ensure exceptional quality of service for guests
• Manage financial planning and reporting
• Implement strategic policies and procedures
• Conduct staff training sessions and evaluations
Requirements:
• College diploma in hospitality or similar field
• 2 to 3 years in a hotel management role
• Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities
• On-site presence required, no remote work available
• Eligibility to work in Canada
