In this position, you will work closely with a skilled surgeon and a dedicated clinical team to provide comprehensive care for joint replacement patients. Your role will span both the outpatient clinic and operating room, requiring dynamic multitasking and strong clinical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and manage patient care in the clinic
• First assist in the operating room during procedures
• Order and interpret X-rays, creating care plans
Requirements:
• Current PA certification and NC licensure are mandatory
• Preferred 1-3 years of experience in orthopaedics
• Must display strong teamwork and independent work capabilities
• Excellent communication and patient rapport
• Strong attention to detail in all interactions
