Salesman Essential Responsibilities
Inspect crawlspaces, attics, and basements to figure out what it will take to clean up, repair, and protect customers' homes.
Assess animal damage, water damage, and fire damage, and write down what is needed to complete remediations.
Give customers guidance and recommendations for crawlspace remediations.
