Join our team as an RN Case Manager, available in various formats including on-site, hybrid, or remote in Cambridge, Ontario. We offer both contract and permanent positions.
As an RN Case Manager, you'll play a vital role in patient care. You'll monitor hospitalized patients, update their records, and work closely with medical teams to coordinate services.
