Job Description
Reporting to the Export Logistics Manager, you'll play a key role in coordinating Vitaco stock transfers to Australia, international shipments, and contract customer orders. You'll ensure orders are processed and dispatched efficiently, stakeholders are kept informed, and export documentation remains accurate and compliant.
This is a fast‑paced, relationship-focused role where you'll work closely with customers, freight partners, and internal teams to deliver a seamless export experience and keep products moving across global markets.

- Preparing and completing export documentation accurately and on time
- Coordinating import and export permits, declarations, and export certificates
- Working closely with freight forwarding partners to support smooth and timely shipments
