Take on a leadership role at Extendicare Brampton as an Assistant Director of Care. Drive initiatives to improve resident quality of life through evidence-based practices and staff mentorship.
This role requires working alongside the Director of Care in implementing risk management systems and quality improvement strategies. With at least three years of experience in long-term care, you will focus on high-intensity needs and advocate for optimal resident care outcomes. Your clinical knowledge will guide effective practices within the nursing team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement quality improvement and risk management initiatives
• Lead the High Intensity Needs program
• Mentor nursing staff in daily resident care
