Scotiabank is looking for an Analyst, External Workforce Management, to join their Technology hub in Bogotá. This role involves contributing to external workforce contracts execution, invoice management, and pool management activities while ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience with workforce management tools, strong analytical skills, and fluency in both English and Spanish. Additionally, knowledge of Power BI is a plus, along with a relevant post-secondary degree.
