The Administrative Assistant supports the day-to-day administrative operations of the Facilities department by maintaining accurate records, managing supplier information, coordinating administrative processes and providing operational support across multiple business functions. The role assists with supplier database administration, quotation analysis, document management, procurement support and cross‑functional administrative activities while ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely execution of assigned tasks.
