Roles & Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and safety of our operations and Utilities (Electrical, HVAC, Mechanical and Utilities).
2.Develop and review project plans & drawings and assist in Capital equipment’s installation, commissioning and handing over.
3.Coordination with various contractors, architects, suppliers and government agencies as per requirements.
4.Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, such as fixing electrical, electronics, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems and troubleshooting for problem solving.
5.Project experience with budget, scope & specification, techno-commercial discussion, schedule, plans and execution with commissioning and handing over of system in project timeline.
6.Maintenance activities – Preventive, Predictive and Breakdown with minimum downtime.
