Overview
Trindent Consulting is a global management consulting firm specializing in technical augmentation in the energy sector. The Facilities Maintenance Coordinator will be based at our Toronto head office and will report to the Office Manager. The role focuses on hands-on maintenance of office facilities and support of day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Fire and Alarm system maintenance and monitoring
- Rooftop and rooftop patio maintenance
- Solar panel maintenance
- External cleanliness, snow removal, and wall graffiti removal
- Maintaining plants and providing general cleaning, repairs, and simple maintenance of office facilities
- Electronic and hard-copy filing and recordkeeping
- Mailing, shipping, and office opening/closing
- Vendor liaison and oversight for pest control, cleaning, maintenance, repair, and security
