+ Performs all of the duties of a Maintenance Engineer I.
+ Performs carpentry work including, but not limited to, lock set repair, wall damage repair-patch and paint, repair of window systems, and door system adjustments.
+ Performs mechanical work including, but not limited to, equipment readings, pneumatic tube repair/cleaning, testing of emergency generators, and emergency lights/batteries.
+ Performs minor non-licensed electrical repair of outlets, switches...
