We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead the operation, maintenance, and capital development of Special Areas Board (SAB) facilities and infrastructure. This role ensures facilities are safe, compliant, and operating efficiently in accordance with all applicable regulations and standards. You will oversee preventative maintenance programs and capital projects from planning through completion, manage budgets and contracts, and ensure compliance with hazardous materials and environmental requirements. Working closely with the Director, Municipal Services, you will provide technical leadership to staff, contractors, and consultants while supporting long‑term asset and infrastructure planning.
