Facilities Manager – LATAM
Location: Santiago, Chile
InterSystems is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee office operations across LATAM, ensuring safe, efficient, and professional Class A workplace environments.
Reporting to the Director of Facilities, this role is responsible for facilities operations, real estate management, workplace projects, vendor management, compliance, health and safety, business continuity, and budget oversight across the region.
Key Responsibilities Facilities, Real Estate & Projects- Manage office facilities across LATAM, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and local regulations.
- Lead office fit‑outs, relocations, expansions, refurbishments, and closures.
- Support site selection, lease negotiations, landlord relationships, and real estate decisions.
- Coordinate contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
