MatchBox is seeking a Facilities Manager / Building Operations


An exciting opportunity to grow your Facilities Management career with a respected Vancouver real estate group managing a high-quality portfolio of office, retail, industrial, and residential assets. THIS IS A 50% HANDS ON TOOLS AND 50% TEAM MANAGEMENT ROLE. 



This role is ideal for someone with 7–10 years of building operations experience who enjoys a mix of hands-on problem solving, vendor coordination, and tenant support. You’ll oversee roughly 100,000 sq ft of commercial space and support a 90-unit residential portfolio across Vancouver.
