Facilities & Property Manager
Reports to: CEO.
Salary: $70,000 – $80,000.
Position Summary
The Facilities & Property Manager is responsible for the hands‑on care, maintenance, and operational readiness of Adult & Teen Challenge’s facilities in the Northern MB area. This role combines daily, on‑site maintenance work with oversight of contractors and larger projects to ensure all buildings are safe, functional, and well‑maintained. This individual will take ownership of day‑to‑day facility needs while supporting ongoing renovations, tenant spaces, and future expansion. The role requires a proactive, hands‑on approach to maintaining excellence across all ministry properties.
