Coordinate and oversee routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.)Act as the primary point of contact for facility-related requests and issuesLiaise with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely and quality service deliveryMaintain records of maintenance schedules, work orders, and service contractsConduct regular facility inspections to identify and resolve potential issuesEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulationsSupport office moves, space planning, and workplace setupMonitor inventory of facility supplies and place orders as neededAssist in managing facility budgets and tracking expensesRespond to emergency situations and coordinate appropriate actionsThis job posting is for an existing vacancy.
