Facility Patient Care Manager
Responsible for safe and effective clinical health services delivery and facility operations for a site or local geographical area when the health services leadership team is not available. Reports to the Clinical Leadership and leads staff to achieve operational priorities of the service delivery organization, including financial sustainability, patient flow, patient experience, quality and safety, and staff engagement.
Responsibilities
- Ensure strong communication pathways between onsite staff, scheduling, and managers.
- Reassign staff or request service from unit/department to care for patients, residents, or clients.
- Foster interdisciplinary, collaborative relationships to ensure a high standard of patient, resident, or client care through modeling care and service with compassion and respect.
