Join Fairstone as a Property Tax Management Specialist, where you will oversee property tax inquiries and ensure clients’ accounts remain in good standing within a hybrid framework.
In this role, you’ll focus on managing mortgage customer tax accounts and addressing payment inquiries from clients and internal teams. Your efforts will contribute directly to maintaining compliance and ensuring customer satisfaction across Fairstone’s broad mortgage portfolio in Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and manage timely property tax payments
• Conduct monthly and yearly reviews of tax accounts
• Address client inquiries regarding tax arrears
• Work with municipalities for supplementary tax bills
