Position Summary
We have a unique part-time specialized primary care practice position available. We are looking for an individual to work up to a 0.4 FTE to increase our services to full time. The specialized physicians provide a valuable service on the continuum of care between psychiatry and primary care providers in overall management of individuals with moderate mental health and substance use needs. The service recognizes that some individuals present complexities to primary care providers that would benefit from additional training and understanding of mental health and substance use conditions but who may not require the specialty services of a psychiatrist. The MHSU Access triages clients to the most appropriate level of care in this continuum.
