Job Description
• Ages of children seen: 2+ (acute only, no primary care)
Sports physicals
• Onsite Dispensing: first dose only
• Any other skills/licensures/requirements: good listening skills, to ensure the patient feels they are heard
• Occupational health? No
• Women s Health: Yes (paps, women's testing,)
• Health center model: Medical receptionist , 3 providers each day, Mental Health therapist, 3 MAs , HC available Tues, Wed and half day Thursday, wellness coordinator available on site Tues, Wed Thurs, Mgr. onsite Mon, Tues Thurs
