This organization is deeply committed to providing comprehensive, high-quality care to underserved, low-income, and uninsured populations regardless of ability to pay. Operating under HRSA oversight with a sliding fee scale model and community-based board governance, this FQHC focuses on improving health equity and long-term community outcomes.
Because of its federally supported mission, base compensation is slightly below large hospital systems in the New York market. However, this is offset by robust federal loan repayment eligibility and meaningful, sustainable work.
