Job Overview
Chinook’s Edge School Division invites applications for a full‑time Family School Wellness Worker serving schools throughout the division in a pooled model of service delivery, effective August 20, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide prevention, support, and referral services to children and their families.
- Work at Sundre High School and support River Valley School (grades K‑8) while delivering services as part of the Division Program.
- Deliver early intervention and crisis intervention services.
- Collaborate with community agencies and schools to meet student and family needs.
Qualifications
- Preferred: a degree in social work or equivalent with relevant experience.
- Strong skills in early intervention and crisis intervention.
- Ability to work with community agencies and education partners.
- Must provide a criminal record check and vulnerable sector check.
