3 months contract Role with a local authority Summary This is a 3-month contract role with a local authority, aimed at contributing to the delivery of an effective Children's Social Care Service. The purpose of the role is to support vulnerable children, young people, and families in achieving positive outcomes. The post holder will provide practical, emotional, and social support, contribute to assessments and care planning, identify and respond to risks, and work collaboratively with families and partner agencies to safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people.
