*Swift Consulting* .... an Education, Human Resources and Management firm is currently seeking qualified and well experienced applicant to fill the role of *Farm Manager* for one of our clients in the Agro-allied sector. *REQUIREMENTS* • Bachelor’s degree / HND in Agriculture, Animal Science, or related field. • Minimum of 3–5 years experience managing a poultry farm (layers or broilers). • Strong knowledge of poultry production, disease control, and farm management. Ability to work independently and handle farm emergencies. • Proficiency in record-keeping and basic computer applications is an added advantage. • Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. *LOCATION* : Accra, Ghana *MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES* • Plan and manage feed, vaccines, medications, and other farm inputs. • Supervise and train farm workers to ensure compliance with operational procedures. • Oversee day-to-day poultry farm operations (brooding, feeding, vaccination, growth monitoring). • Ensure proper biosecurity measures and strict hygiene standards across the farm. • Monitor bird health, identify early signs of disease, and coordinate veterinary interventions. • Keep accurate records of production, mortality, feed consumption, and sales. • Manage inventory, budgeting, cost control, and reporting. • Work with management to achieve production targets and improve efficiency • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory guidelines.
