FERTILIZER SUPERVISOR (FULL-TIME)

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Be accountable to the Fertilizer Manager to provide operational excellence in all aspects.
2. Provide outstanding customer service and support on a consistent basis.
3. Receive and store inventory.
4. Fill requisitions, work orders or requests of customer and applicators.
5. Load product on trucks for delivery to branches and producers.
6. Operate all required machinery in a safe manner.
7. Maintain the facility grounds to meet all relevant standards and to ensure efficient operation of the facility.
8. Housekeeping duties.
9. Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge of fertilizer/warehouse operation and previous experience preferred, but willing to train. Supervision and organizational skills.
