Provide FES expertise and coaching (HSE, Quality, EE, PC&L and Production system) based on 11 lean manufacturing principles to contribute to achieve operational business.
Accountable within the MOD cost budget for the construction & achievement of an efficient plant productivity plan, through “MOD cost management” & “MOD cost improvement”
Pilot and animate the FES & P network within their perimeter as well as participating in the BG and Group worldwide activities
Accountable and process owner of the Production System and Digital Transformation across the Region
Job performance evaluation criteria: MOD budget achievement, effective network management though people development.
